The Exgene™ Soil DNA SV kit combines the utilization of beads, an optimized buffer system, and the advanced silica binding technology to purify DNA from complex soil sammples. The combination of technologies of the Exgene™ Soil DNA kit allows efficient extraction of DNA from a variety of sources present in a soil sample: plant tissues, bacteria, fungi spores, etc. Its chemistry also removes humic acid and other inhibitory compounds from various soil samples, making its purified DNA suitable for a variety of downstream applications.
