Ribospin™ Seed / Fruit

Ribospin™ Seed/Fruit is designed for easy and convenient isolation of total RNA from challenging plant tissues such as seeds, fruits, and rhizomes. The Ribospin™ Seed/Fruit kit effectively removes large quantities of secondary metabolites, such as polysaccharides and polyphenolic compounds, which can lead to inhibition of downstream application. The kit couples an optimized lysis buffer system according to the sample type with EzPure™ Filter technology to eliminate inhibitory impurities from lysate. DNA contaminant is removed with on-colum DNase I treatment during the purification process.
