Ribospin™ Plant

Ribospin™ Plant is specifically designed for the purification of total RNA from various plant tissues, such as leaves, stems, roots, and prickly plant. The Ribospin™ Plant kit incorporates an optimized buffer system and spin column technology for the effective and efficient removal of polysaccharides and polyphenolic compounds during the purification process, while preserving intact plant RNA. Most impurities in the lysate are eliminated by filtration through the EzPure™ Filter while total RNA is captured by the Column Type W technology. DNA contaminant is removed by on-column DNase I treatment during the purification process. The entire purification procedure takes only 25 minutes.
