Maxi Exgene™ Plant SV

Midi Exgene™ Plant SV provides a simple and easy method for the small-, medium- and large-scale purification of total DNA from various plant tissues. Exgene™ Plant SV DNA extraction kits untilize EzSep™ Filter and Column Type G technologies to isolate and purify genomic DNA from plant tissues in as little as 40 minutes. Purified genomic DNA is suitable for various downstream appilcations without further manipulation. The Maxi kit can intake 1 g of wet plant tissue and yield as much as 300 μg of gDNA.
