Hybrid-R™ miRNA

As research in gene regulation by small RNAs intensifies, so is the interest in purifying siRNA and miRNA. There are many commercially available kits for total RNA purification, but most of these kits can only isolate RNA molecules larger than 200 nucleotides. It is thus important to make available a high-quality, specialized kit for the isolation of small RNA (<200 nucleotides) for small RNA researchers since siRNA and miRNA are between 15~30 nucleotides in length. The Hybrid-R™ miRNA kit includes different columns for purifying both large and small RNAs from cultured cells and animal tissues. If desired, co-purification of both large and small RNAs in a single tube can also be achieved with a modified protocol.
