Exgene™ Genomic DNA micro provides a fast and easy method for the purification total (genomic and mitochondrial) DNA from samples containing a small amount of DNA. Exgene™ Genomic DNA micro DNA is optimized to extract DNA from forensic samples containing minute amounts of DNA, such as hair, nails, and cigarette butts. Purified DNA can be used directly for PCR, quantitative PCR, genotyping such as STR analysis, and other downstream applications.
