Maxi Exgene™ Cell SV

Exgene™ Cell SV provides a rapid and simple method for the purification of total DNA from a wide range of sample sources, including bacterial cells, yeast, cultured cells, whole blood and blood derivatives. The purification procedure takes only 30 minutes. Purified DNA can be used in various applications, such as PCR, Southern blotting, and other downstream applications. The Maxi Exgene™ Cell SV kit can yield up to 400 μg of DNA per prep.
