AllEx® Plant DNA/RNA Kit

AllEx® Plant DNA/RNA Kit is designed for the efficient extraction of genomic DNA and total RNA simultaneously from a single plant sample using AllEx®64 Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System. The combination of an optimized buffer system and the utilization of magnetic beads enables extraction of nucleic acids form a wide range of plant samples, including leaf, seed, root, bulb, and bark. The extracted high-quality DNA/RNA is suitable for a variety of downstream applications, including PCR, qPCR, and RT-PCR.
