Midi Exfection™ Plasmid EF

Endotoxins (lipopolysaccharides, LPS) are present in the cell membrane of gram-negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli. It is a common contaminant in plasmid preparations and its presence can significantly reduce transfection efficiency. GeneAll® Midi Exfection™ Plasmid EF provides a simple and fast all-in-one method for the purification of plasmid DNA and removal of endotoxin, yielding up to 300 μg of purified plasmids with significantly reduced endotoxin level ("endotoxin-free").
