Midi Exprep™ Plasmid SV

Midi Exprep™ Plasmid SV provides a rapid and convenient method for the medium-scale preparation of plasmid DNA from bacterial cells. It is engineered to isolate and purify any plasmids from any E. coli strains. Midi Exprep™ Plasmid SV can yield up to 300 μg of highly purified plasmid DNA. Purified plasmid DNA can be used directly for PCR, cloning, automated sequencing, synthesis of labeled hybridization probes, and other enzymatic reactions without further manipulation.
