Hybrid-Q™ Plasmid Rapidprep provides two methods for easy and rapid isolation of plasmid DNA from bacterial cells. 1) Plasmid DNA can be prepared from up to 10 ml of overnight culture by conventional miniprep method with a standard protocol. 2) Up to 3 mL of sample can be processed by a rapid protocol in just 10 minutes with the new, patented EzClear™ Filter technology. High-throughput (HTP) simultaneous processing of multiple samples can be easily performed with method 2.
